Is CBD Oil Legal?

Yes, Hemp/CBD oil is Federally legal as long as the Hemp/CBD oil you purchase complies with the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018, also more commonly referred to as The Farm Bill Act of 2018. The Farm Bill Act descheduled some cannabis products from the Controlled Substances Act for the first time in early 2019. Included in the list is Industrial Hemp, the strain of Cannabis that Hemp/CBD is made from, so long as the THC level in Hemp/CBD does not exceed 0.3% THC. THC stands for tetrahydrocannabinol, which is the psychoactive ingredient most commonly present in marijuana which is known to create the psychoactive effects many know as a “high.” CannSci’s entire line of Hemp/CBD products are THC Free.
